Imports from Marrakesh wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase – so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange your item – or issue a store credit – within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. You are responsible for payment of all shipping fees.

RETURNS ~ FOR CARPETS ONLY
Sometimes, the only way to know if a carpet is perfect for your home, is to see it in your home!
If you purchase a carpet and it is not the right fit or just doesn’t look right, you may return it within 10 days but we do charge a 25% restocking fee.
Requirements to return a carpet:
1. Before returning product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and the correct return address for the item being returned.
2. A return estimate will be sent to the customer with all resulting fees, shipping charges shown clearly for the customer to approve.
3. Restocking charge is 10% for each carpet
4. Items shipped back to us without notification will be subject to an automatic 35% restocking charge on top of any other deductions.
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Items must be returned unused in original packaging and returned items in original shape.
7. Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds.
8. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 30 days.
9. For items that need to be exchanged, customer is responsible for all UPS shipping fees and any or US customs & brokerage fee that may incur for all international shipments.

1. If you sign for a package and do not report any visible damage to the driver we cannot file a claim with the shipping company for the damage and cannot be liable for the replacement or return of the products. Minor damage to a shipment can be saved so please contact us immediately for further assistance. All damages must be reported to us within 3 business days.
2. Inspect ALL shipments promptly. When received open and examine it immediately for damaged or incorrect or missing items. UPS damage claims must be made within 15 days or they will be unable to assist.
3. All purchases are final 14 days from the date you received the product regardless if you have not opened your shipments. Inspect ALL shipments promptly. If there is a problem with your order contact us immediately.
